Piano Lessons (One session)

Cancellation Policy

Booking: A free initial phone call is required before starting lessons. All payments are due at least 24 hour prior to lesson(s), to confirm the specified lesson slot(s). Payments are made through agreed upon method during initial phone call (Zelle, Venmo, Cash app, Apple Pay ok). Payments are non-refundable. Pricing: Prices are the same for in-person and online. Pricing includes transport to student's house (if in-person) and all required lesson material. Monthly rates are processed as 4-week packages starting on the date of their first lesson, not by calendar month. Re-scheduling: If the student must miss a lesson they have already paid for, they will get a credit toward their next lesson. We understand things happen and try to be as flexible as possible with scheduling- please communicate with us as soon as circumstances change so we can try to work around them. Repeated lack of communication and/or non-payment can lead to releasing student's time slot, at AWHF Media's discretion. Periodically the booking policy or pricing may change.
